Bottling
With our modular and flexible plant system, we have specialized in the needs for filling lubricants (e.g. copper grease, silicone grease, MoS2, etc.) . The filling of general consumables (e.g. sliding paste for HT pipes, cleaning agents, screw thread paste, etc.) for industry and the automotive sector is also possible without any problems. Thanks to our state-of-the-art production facilities, we are able to fill liquid to highly viscous substances into almost any desired packaging. By default we fill tubes, cartridges, cans, bottles, spout bags and many more.
Our filling service serves large and small customers alike. Even small quantities (from 100 pieces) are possible at attractive prices.
Packaging design
Inspire your customers with an exciting design, we'll take care of the rest. We support you with the layout of the labels and then take over the printing and labeling of the products. In addition, we offer you a marking with, for example, best-before date or batch number. For large quantities (min. 1000 pieces) we take care of the printing in your desired design.
We offer tubes both with and without self-service perforation (Euro perforation).
Pick and pack
We assemble according to your specifications and wishes: Packing of different products into a set, into a given packing unit or we realize your individual packing wishes.
On request, we can offer a storage facility that constantly stocks goods for a defined need. You call off and we automatically fill up the agreed stock. The products are shipped by forwarding agency.
Of course, we also send completely neutral to your logistics partner.
