If you use this website, various personal data will be collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This data protection declaration explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

The legality of the data processing that took place up until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

If the data is processed on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter e or f GDPR, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons that arise from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this data protection declaration. If you object, we will no longer process your affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims ( Objection according to Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR).

If your personal data is processed in order to operate direct advertising, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising. In the event of violations of the GDPR, those affected have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged violation. Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another person responsible, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible.

  • If the processing of your personal data happened/is happening unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.

  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted instead of being deleted.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

5. Analysis Tools and Advertising

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.

IP anonymization

We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

6. Newsletters

newsletter data

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter . Further data is not collected or only collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you have stored with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you have canceled the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the members' area) remain unaffected.

click tip

This website uses Klick-Tipp to send newsletters. Provider is KLICK-TIPP LIMITED, 15 Cambridge Court, 210 Shepherd's Bush Road, London W6 7NJ, United Kingdom.

Klick-Tipp is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organized and analyzed. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored on the servers of Klick-Tipp.

Data analysis by click tip

If we send newsletters with the help of Klick-Tipp, we can determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked.

Klick-Tipp also enables us to subdivide the newsletter recipients into different categories (so-called tagging). The newsletter recipients can be divided according to gender, personal preferences (e.g. vegetarian or non-vegetarian) or customer relationship (e.g. customer or potential customer). In this way, the newsletters can be better adapted to the respective target groups. For more information, see:  https://www.klick-tipp.com  und  https://www.klick -tipp.com/manual .

If you do not want an analysis by Klick-Tipp, you must therefore unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.

legal basis

The data processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

storage duration

The data you have stored with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted both from our servers and from the servers of Klick-Tipp after you have canceled the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the members' area) remain unaffected.

For more information, see the privacy policy of Klick-Tipp under:
https://www.klick-tipp.com/datenschutzerklaerung .

Conclusion of a contract for order data processing

We have concluded a contract for order data processing with Klick-Tipp, in which we oblige Klick-Tipp to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to third parties.

privacy

The protection of your personal data when you visit our website is important to us. We therefore observe the legal provisions on data protection, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Act (TMG) and the data protection provisions of the individual federal states.

We use all data that you transmit to us to fulfill and process your order and will of course be treated confidentially. In principle, we do not make your data available to others for use unless you have given your consent or we are obliged to disclose this data due to official or court orders.

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data takes place exclusively in accordance with the following data protection declaration.

1. Collection, storage, processing and use of personal data

a) Collection, storage, processing and use of data when accessing the website www.abfullwelt.de

We do not collect, store, process or use any of your personal data in connection with simply calling up the website www.abfullwelt.de. However, there is data that is temporarily stored in a log file on our server for the purpose of data security and that may allow identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and files accessed). This usage data is evaluated anonymously for statistical purposes as part of internal investigations into user interests and user behavior. For this purpose, the IP address is shortened by the last octet (partial segment) before evaluation.

An evaluation of this usage data for the creation of personal usage profiles does not take place unless you have expressly consented to such use. An evaluation in the event of an abusive intervention in our website or other violations of the law that can lead to a report to the law enforcement authorities is expressly reserved. Any further evaluation of your usage data or disclosure to third parties will expressly not take place.

These raw statistics data are deleted after 30 days.

b) Storage, processing and use of data that you expressly communicate to us

We also collect personal data when you make it available to us, for example when registering, by filling out forms or sending e-mails, when ordering products or services, making inquiries or requests Material.

We use the personal data you provide (title, name, company, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number) in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law.

Your personal data, insofar as they are required for the establishment, content or change of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will only be used to process the contracts concluded between us, for example to deliver goods to the address you have given. Any further use of your inventory data for the purposes of market research or for the needs-based design of our offers does not take place.

The use of your e-mail address for the purpose of advertising our newsletter requires your express consent; this is logged and reads: "I would like to subscribe to the newsletter (unsubscribe possible at any time)". This declaration of consent is given separately and voluntarily and can be revoked by you at any time.

Your personal data, which is required to enable and bill the use of our offers (usage data), will initially also be used exclusively to process the contracts concluded between us. Such usage data are in particular the characteristics of your identification as a user, information about the beginning and end as well as the scope of the respective use and information about the telemedia services used by you as a user.

c) Data processing and use despite revocation and/or lack of consent

However, the Federal Data Protection Act always allows data processing and use if this is done within the scope of the intended purpose of a contractual relationship or a relationship of trust similar to a contract or if it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the storing body and there is no reason to assume that the legitimate interest of the person concerned in the Exclusion of processing or use prevails. Despite the revocation or complete or partial cancellation of the declaration of consent, data can therefore be processed and used without your consent within the limited legally permissible framework.

2. Use of www.abfullwelt.de without registration

You can also use our website without being registered at www.abfullwelt.de. However, not all useful functions are available to you.

3. Use of cookies/session IDs, web analysis services, advertising partners

a) Session IDs

Session IDs are small information units that are temporarily stored on your hard drive by our server when you visit our website and that enable us to identify you during your visit to our website to identify the website and to assign it to your customer profile created by us. Session IDs do not contain any information that can be read in plain text and are not used to run programs and/or load viruses on your computer.

Session IDs are not stored permanently on the hard drive and are deleted again when you exit the browser. Most browsers are set to automatically accept session IDs. However, you can deactivate this automatic acceptance of session IDs or set your browser so that it notifies you as soon as session IDs are sent. If you deactivate the acceptance of session IDs, you can of course also use our website without session IDs. We would like to point out, however, that the offers on our website that require registration cannot be used or can only be used to a limited extent if our session IDs are deactivated and that there may be restrictions in navigation.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" button or making a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy can be found in Facebook's data protection information (http://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.php).

If you do not want Facebook to assign data directly to your Facebook account via our website, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.
